"Sean sang backup on ["How Long"] too and it was so pretty. Oh, believe it or not Sean has gotten MORE amazing on the guitar. I was in awe of some of the little things he did last nite. And he was CONCENTRATING so hard on it, it was so hot, lol."

Sean concentrated REALLY hard ["Wash"] and I think he was like, doing harmonics and shit. I swear to God, Sean is like in his own little world when he plays. He plays the right chords and stuff but at the same time he just goes off and somehow it all ends up working out. Sometimes Jason would just glance over at him and smile while he was singing; it was so cute, lol."

Around now Jason took off his denim jacket and all the girls screamed like idiots. The Sean went to take off his sweater but it got stuck on his head and he just stood there with it on his with his arms all tangled up in it like a little kid for like 10 seconds until some guy came over and helped him get it off. Then when he got it off he THREW it at the ground like he was mad at it, and turned to Serg who was CRACKING UP and goes ?It?s HOT in here!!!? and Serg just kinda nodded and laughed more, haha. It was literally the CUTEST thing I?ve ever seen in my whole entire life."

Near the end [of "Hanging By A Moment"], Sean wouldn?t stop playing his guitar so Jason had to kick him in the leg and make him stop, lmao."

"Rick had the baby blue drum set but w/ a yellow snare so I was kinda like, huh? Well, right after one of the songs, they changed it w/ the baby blue one. And J was like 'hold on, Rick's so strong that he broke his snare. Yeah, he benches like 265' and Rick stood up and flexed for a long time. Then J was like 'Yeah, and Sean benches 275!' And Sean was like 'I AM 275!' (he wishes :p) Then Sean was flexing too and then J was like 'Yeah, and he's SINGLE!'"

"It was back in The Calling days. Me and some friends was standing backstage door..we didn't see that Sean, Billy and Nate were there. So we were acting all goofy and so on..they saw us and started to laugh. My friend had The Calling poster between her legs (it looked like she got a d.i.c.k..she was fixing her hair). Sean saw her and started to laugh real bad lol. And the other part was when my friend was on my other firend's shoulder and was walking around...Sean laughed again. :D And last one was my friend wanted to take a picture with Sean. So i was going to take the picture (she had digital camera)..so the camera didn't worked for some strsange reason (stupid moment). It was a warning sign. Anna: Are you done? Me: It's a warning sign, dosen't really work. Sean was going to laugh, but he closed his mouth and laughed at the same time. :P Stupid moment i know.."

"Billy, Sean, & Nate were locked outside..they tried to get in..like knocking on the door..there was a code you needed to dial..Billy thought he knew the codes and was trying to open it..but that didnt worked either. They were throwing small stones at the window...didn't work either. So they suggest walking around the building (good thing they didn't because there were fans around the building). I tried to be nice to them..so I knocked on the door..nothing happened..so I hit the door so loud that they turned around and looked at me *oops*..but hey it helped..a girl open and asked who the guys were lol..I said they are part of the band. Sean, Billy, & Nate got inside because of me..so they should thank me..my foot was hurting. :("

"Alright, so my little sister was waiting outside to see The Calling and Sean comes off the tour bus... since I was at home (we didn't have tix and it was sold out) she called me up on my cell and put Sean on!! She said, to get him on the phone, that I was the girl who almost knocked him down at their last Boston concert, which is true, by the way... So basically we just asked him for tix on the phone and somehow we got hooked up. :D

We had seen them in Boston before, they did an acoustic set (The Calling) and when they were done, I asked him for a hug and I almost knocked him over! It was the funniest thing... dude I sound like such a teenybopper, fortunately those days are over."

"My friends and I went to go get our cds signed after their concert and the security guards and evil Six Flags people were trying to push us out and I went up to Sean and said, "I love u, can I have a hug?" And he said, "sure!" and then he hugged me. *melt* :)"

"You may have heard this story before, it's not really that funny but it was funny at the time I guess, lol. Anyway at the Allentown concert on March 19th, Sean was wearing a sweatshirt and it had a really small hole in the elbow part at the beginning of the concert, but throughout the concert I was watching him and it started getting bigger and bigger because he was rocking out so hard, that by the end of the concert his entire sleeve was literally completely shredded! You should see the pictures. It was funny, lol. :)"

"At Allentown, PA 3/19:
After the show-
Me: Could I get a picture?
Sean: Sure!
Me: Seeing you guys was the best birthday present ever!
Sean: Today's your birthday? For real?
Me: Yeah.
Sean: How old are you today?
Me: 20.
Sean: Well happy birthday!!!
Me: Thanks... and I drove 6 hours down from New Hampshire to see you guys, too.
Sean: Are you serious? That's awesome! Thanks for coming!"

"When my sister and I met Sean he actually didn't say anything to us...I walked up to him and held out my hand (I had to touch him somehow...) and he thought I was holding out a CD or something beacuse he almost signed my hand. I wouldn't have complained or anything, but it would wash off. So anyway, he shook my hand with a shy smile and then signed all of our stuff for us. I told him what a huge inspiration he is to us and he just smiled. Gosh, those guys are so beautiful close up. It's not even funny. =)"
-CrisLorena

"I tripped in front of him at the Allentown Concert. After giving him and Rick a hug I was walking out and some girl stepped on the back of my shoe and it came off (they were slip ons) and I tripped into the door. Well anyway yea Sean was there and I think he thought I was a ditz...I was like "HAHA its OK!" :O"
-Missi

Corrie (my friend): Sean, okay now you gotta flash us a big cheesy smile!
Sean: Cheesy??? You mean, fake???
Corrie: No!!!! Don't I make you smile??
Sean: Well... [big smile] Take the picture fast then, cuz I'm bad at holding smiles.

A fan said something to Sean about a wrestler and Sean looks at them and goes, "Uh, I'm not really into wrestling." Then he looked at us; it was really funny.

"At my Lifehouse concert, I said, "HOW you doin" to Sean, from the back of the line. He said back, "HOW U DOINNNN." I blew him a kiss and he blew one back. So when it was time for us to meet him, he said, "Now these are the girls I've been wanting to meet" (because we were acting silly). I gave him my phone number and then I walked away because my turn was done and I was being a hog. One of the girls goes next, who I was kinda with, but I had just met her in line. (When I gave him my phone number, everyone decided they were going to too, grr.) She said, "Are you going to email us Sean?" He says, "NO." Then Jason said, "That's the most honest thing I've ever heard you say." Then Sean points to me and says, "But I'm gonna call her.""

"This one time I walked by Sean and he yelled "GET IN MY BELLY!" [from Austin Powers] and the funny thing was that he was all by himself just standing by his bus!"
-Sparky Palastry

"When we got up to the front of the line after the Lifehouse show to meet the guys, i was shaking sooo bad. Sean was the 2nd to sign our stuff, and he looks right at me and says "hey, thanks for coming out...who are u?" i TOTALLY froze. he goes "u dont know ur own name?" i go "oh, yea, hi, im Danielle" LOL, i felt like such an idiot, but how could i speak, he's so freakin adorable!"
-Danielle; from the Grantham, PA show on April 25, 2003.

"I had a dream about Sean once. He came in to the hair salon where I was working (?) and came on for a shampoo and a blow dry, and I was washing it, and he was like "ooo mini head massage, you're good" and I just remember washing his hair, I dunno, it felt really good, and I didn't want to take my hands out of it... and then he was like "you know what let's try something different today, could you blow dry it straight?" And I tried but it wouldn't straighten!!! It stayed silky soft and curly the whole time... "
-Lizzie

"Our first Lifehouse concert was in South Padre Island. On one of the songs, I'm pretty sure it was "Trying", Sean was playing the violin part on the guitar. Anyways, Jason was singing, and at the end of one of the verses, Sean started to play the little riff, but it turns out there was still another verse before he was supposed to do that. He only played like 2 notes and then he stopped. Jason didn't even notice, I think, but Serge did. Sean just hung his head down, like embarrased, and Serge was all grinning at him and shaking his head. Sean walked towards the back part of the stage, still embarrased, and came back in front when it was time for the riff. His face and the look that he and Serge shared were the cutest things ever!"

"I met him outside a concert one night, when I had no idea who he was. I had my guitar with me, I was jamming along by myself. He asked if he could play, so I let him. We sat around singing and playing guitar for a while. It wasn't until later that night when I saw him onstage with the band playing that I felt extremely... small. We've kept in touch ever since; he's a good kid, amazing guitarist. One of the coolest guys I've ever encountered."
-Karin

"This one time I did a phone interview in November with Lifehouse. It was like with 20 people...for journalism. Anyway, so some girl came on with a deep southern accent and Jason was like, "Whoa Sean just melted." And Rick was like, "Yeah he's a sucker for the southern girls."
-Mandy

"Like what Jessica said... while they played he really seemed like to be in his own world. He didnt care what we thought of him, he just played and that was so cool. And there was even the Jason-glance thing. It was the only time when Jason smiled. ;P JASON, SEAN: YOU RULE!"
-Lea

"My two friends and I were going to see our first Lifehouse concert in Chicago, so before the show we decided to get some food at Giordano's. While we were there, two guys came in and sat at the table next to us. Well we kept eating, but I couldn't help but stare at the one facing me because of his really curly hair, and I am a huge sucker for curly hair. After we got to Vic Theatre and Lifehouse finally came on stage, the lights were dimmed so we couldn't see what the members of the band looked like, but when the lights came on we screamed. The guys who ate next to us were playing up there (it was sean and sergio). We felt so stupid that we didn't even recognize them when they were right next to us. The show was awesome and afterwards we got a chance to get our CDs signed. Our plan was to ask them how their dinner was and see if they remembered us, but we didn't even get the chance. Right before we got up to the table Sean says, "Hey, you're the girls from Giordano's." "Ya!" we screamed. Then he was like, "You guys didn't even say anything to us." Of course, we were too embarrassed to say we didn't realize who he was, so I just said, "Ya, we didn't want to bother you." We ended up talking to him and Sergio for a little bit but we had to keep the line moving. He definitely made our night."

me: random question... can i see your hand?
Jason: sure. *puts out his hands, palms down. i turn his left hand face up and touch his fingertips. they're surprisingly soft*
me: i've started playing the guitar and i wanted to see what a REAL guitar player's hands feel like. y'know, how you get callouses on the tips.
Jason: oh yeah. mine fall off. and i bite my nails too. if you want a real musician, you should check out Sean's hands.

fan: oh my friend says hey.
sean: is she here?
fan: no.. but she... nevermind i can't say it.
sean: what?
fan: shewantstohaveyourkids.
sean: *laughs* awesome.
when he was leaving he gave her a hug and said "that's for the mother of my children too."

"I've never met Sean, or any of Lifehouse, but there is something about him that is so inspiring. I think if I could could just hang out with any member of Lifehouse and just jam and play guitar with it would be Sean. It would be incredible to just learn a few things that he does to Lifehouse's songs that make them even better then they are on the albums."
-Allan

"The most clear image in my head of 12th September 2003, when I saw Lifehouse in concert in London ... is of after the show. I was waiting around to see Rick [who'd just come out the meet the fans] and the doors opened again and there was Sean, looking all cute and overwhelmed, with his guitar on his back. I just grinned and said 'Hello' and he smiled right back ..."

"At the Manchester show, 6th sept 03, we were talking to serge outside the bus and sean comes out with bed hair and sleepy eyes, he announced he's just woken up, was too cute! Then later on we were having pictures with him and my friend Selina stands next to him and he looks down at her and goes "wow! you're really short!" Just as we leave I shout to him "see you on monday sean!" and he looks over all confused and goes "what's on monday?" bless him! I go "the gig!" and he was like "oh yeah! hang on which one is monday?" and I laugh and go "birmingham" and then he copies my accent (british) saying "birmingham" in such a cute way.

8th sept at birmingham I meet sean in the street after the gig as he is wondering around looking lost trying to find food. He asks where he could get it and I suggest mcdonalds but he didnt like that idea. Then I suggest he eats the chocolates I gave him earlier and he tells me he already has been. "There's one I really liked" he went on I was like "which one?" he said "Uh, I dunno, throw some names at me, so I went on to say "dairy milk?" his response was "noooo" "dream?" "noooo, kinda like a kit kat...but not. It's crunchy." So it went on and on until we eventually arrived at 'time out' and he was like "yeah! yeah, that one's good!" Too cute."
